172d1171d2 added structures and code to keep track of pids<->programs mapping: it's needed 
to decide which pids to discard in order to feed to the caller only AVProgram(s)
that have the AV_DISCARD_ALL flag not set

f84c357325 Add support for VP6A in flv. 
Those files really contain 2 standard VP6 video streams:
 - the "normal" video stream
 - the alpha plan video stream (which is a standard
   YV12 video with it's U an V plans all set to 0)
